This one hit me kind of hard.  He's always been one of my favorite actors.  When I saw him in "Awakenings" I couldn't believe that this funny man had mastered the skill of acting and making it 100% believable.  I've always ranked him up there with the likes of DeNiro and those types because he could make you believe what you were watching.  He was that good of an actor and I've said it since "Awakenings" (1990).

There are 39518 suicides in the average year since 2011 that's 108 people on the average day taking their life, 1 human every 13 minutes. Which makes it the 10th leading cause of death in the nation! The second leading cause of death in our youth!!! While Robin's death is very sad its a epidemic and hopefully this will shine some light on it and help countless others to reach out for help and for others to reach out to the depressed and mentally ill.

I keep hoping it's a hoax, but I know it's not.

Even though I didn't know Robin personally, he was an amazing actor and I have heard an amazing person as well.

It is upsetting that he was so sad inwardly and thought this was his only way out.

Poor man. May he RIP. :(

It's devastating, he was a total genius, goes to show, you never know what goes on behind closed doors, money clearly didn't buy him happiness, he will be missed by millions.

Gosh lucy that is terrible how many deaths are caused by suicide.

A boy in my sons class' dad commited suicide back in February, it was soo shocking, everyone could not believe it, he hung himself in his shed and his oldest boy found him ; ( utterly heartbreaking, the poor child will never be the same again or get that image of his daddy out of his head.
