The Sarge posts this not to celebrate, but to witness[1].

All you folks out there just starting out or who haven't yet started[2], there will come a day[3] when you can say same-same.

Does this qualify as a MonsterQuit™ yet ? [999]

Easy Peasy

FOOTNOTES:

[1] Definition #1 Here

[2] You know who you are, quit lurking and sign up.

[3] Much sooner than you think ... if you just get started.

[999] It's a day early, only 999 today (1000 tomorrow, so sue me!)

I always think Easy Peasy is the right philosophy for quitting. If we view quitting as some big, unachievable feat, we give cigarettes too much power over us.

We have all the power in the world to quit. Today. Now. Just like that.

While it takes focus, and resistance, and a little pain, and most of all persistence, quitting indeed is easy peasy.

Congrats! :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
