Hi All - I'm an ex-smoker who quit using a combination of NRT and behavioral therapy. I'm now working with a non-profit to help in providing solutions to help people quit. We've been funded by a government grant and would love to speak with a few current smokers who are looking to quit (can do so completely anonymously). If anyone is open to chatting that would be great. The questions would really just be centered around your smoking habits, your quit attempts, and what would help you do better!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
