The health of the forum is measured by the speed of positive wins....this indicates that fresh new quitters are swamping tired old timers....

This is true

For the next 5 and a half months or so.....

Then it becomes completely not true...;-)

A lot of great quitters have played the counting game. It's been proven to reduce stress and make the players more attractive.

Everyone that's cool does the chicks and sticks game. Other game is like playing with your mom. It's fun for a little bit but you don't really want your friends to see.

I´ve given up on the counting game...

Most of the time I´m on my phone and I can´t see the last screen... what I think is the last screen is in fact an OLD screen...

So I make a fool of myself and I look like I can´t count...

Well I can´t count anyway.... but not that bad :-(

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
