Thanks!  Y'all are so  sweet!  I try to catch myself on my good days - lol.  My kids and hubby shoot pix of me when I look like Medusa - which is more the norm - haha.  (I don't post those pix :) )

You all are gorgeous!  I look at your avatars, and no one looks like one of those wrinkled up old smokers.  It shows you all care about yourselves and your loved ones so much that you fight off the NicoDemon everyday!  Way to go!!!

It is so worth the fight!  Keep on keepin' on as someone said.  :)  Where ever you are in your quit - Day 1 or Day 1001 - never quit quitting!

Leanna always is glowing. Ah, to be young again;-)

That's from the amount of grease I eat.

Just kidding!

I don't wear a lot of make-up, so my skin is usually decently clean and I tend to scrub it like crazy. If I drink a Coke though, I have a face full of acne the next day.

I don't understand why, as a teenager, I never had a lot of acne, but as soon as I hit my 20s, I started breaking out.

Makes no sense to me.

Beards are all the trend at the moment...

Any more members with gorgeous bearded pictures? Ideally male members, but everybody welcome ;)

Yes they are. I can't wait until Mr. DD gets out of the Army and can grow his beard.

Yes, I am growing mine at the request of Tasha - maybe I will update my avatar?

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
