Hey Ava. I bet you already look great.

I'm no diet expert (look at the size of me for a start!) but those numbers look really low. They also make no account of exercise, which I think is an important part of the equation, especially in terms of tone, energy and well being.

Focus on the great time that you are going to have, the old memories that will come back, the laughing that you will do.

There is nothing more beautiful than a girl with a twinkle in her eye and a smile on her lips ;-)

Fast days should be 600 calories.

Normal days should be in the 1400 region, higher on the days you exercise according to the fitness page the guys refer too.

I used to do shakes and salad on fast days and eat normal the rest of the week and still lost 1lb every other week. Just can't do the fasting anymore now but get your calories slightly higher or you'll be unwell. xx

Not catching on here. Need to advertise it more. Line was half hour for a bad restaurant yesterday

Well last week I tried on Monday, and blew it that night. Wednesday I did it. But was tough.

Friday I thought I'd try again but changed my mind about 2 pm. I feel so weak all the time. Fast days or not. Running is out of the question, I can barely do stairstepper. Feel like a 90 year old smoker.

Starting over next Monday, they say it gets better when you get used to it.

Sounds silly. Curves are good. Go eat a sandwich or pizza. This isn't smoking, people are supposed to eat daily.

agree you cant eat too few calories and expect to be able to exercise it is not healthy but some things I guess you have to learn on your own.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
