G’day

Thanks all! It’s good to be back online so this is a great surprise. Who would have thought it 7 1/2 years ago.
Got a burn mark on the arm of my suit at a wedding a few weeks ago. Pretty peeved off. 7 years ago I would be making excuses cause I would have caused it. How things change

Here's to lucky number 7!  I'm very late to the party but we're always a bit behind over here.  Congratulations, and thanks for always bringing the tomorrow to today.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
