Susana, in your response to Tiff's SOS I really feel like you got this!

Freedom is yours, you earned it, now you keep it.

Allen Carr hit home with me when said something to the effect of, ok you have a problem, if there is something can do a out it, do it. If there is not, let it go. But, if you smoke because you have a problem, now you do in fact have a really big problem.

The world really does not have a place for smokers anymore. It's time to let go of the addiction so we can be happy (life is not perfect but generally speaking), and free.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
