We're in 2014, in the past it was normal to smoke, around children (I've experienced it myself)... Smoke in building on the planes, everywhere... before that when there was a party the partypooper put a glass with fifferent brands of cigs on the table for the guests...

NOW in 2014 smoking is so over(d)rated and so many died the past years and so now I've quit I'll say no more... no more cigs NOPE

Not for me

What about you guys

I used to smoke IN my office. Even after the ban. And the funny thing is I thought nobody would notice :wacko22:

Not any more.

Nope! I used to smoke in my office. I also smoked in hospitals, stores, everywhere.

I was just thinking today how I never took a stress test as part of my physical because I smoked. And all of the anxiety I used to feel everyday by going into withdrawal every hour on the hour.

Nope

I'm in! NOPE!

Spent the weekend with 3 smokers. Not tempted. Not annoyed. Just felt neutral about it and thankful it's not me anymore. Hope they quit but in the meantime...I hope I inspire them

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
