Well I have not posted since my last post that I had smoked.

Well I had my last cigarette that same morning! So this morning

I have a week into it. The so we call hell week. So here I go again!!

@FunkyMonkey I hope I can! You can I'm sure do better then I did. I just threw away a year and a half quit!!

I would argue that you only tripped and fell, got back up and started forward again. Also, telling everyone was very courageous. 

What did your ticker look like as far a cigs avoided and money saved, you did not loose that.

Hi Linda! Welcome back on board! Sorry you relapsed but way to go getting back on right away!! You're still so much better off than you were 2 years ago in terms of smmoking, so just keep putting one foot in front of the other. Glad you're back!!!+
