With my bad hips I am training at a physical therapy centre. I went 20 minutes on the hometrainer - low level since I have a suspicion my left hip has a bursitis, besides the arthritis.

I train twice a week - Wedneysday and Friday. Usually I would cycle outside too but the weather is very bad for my asthma and I can hardly puff against it, with the thunder and high hydration concentration in the air... I'm feeling pretty good about training inside and I cut back on sugar too so I should loose some weight upcoming weeks lol

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
