I'm here!!!  Enjoying summer!

Love being a non-smoker!!! Soooooo worth the early struggle of quitting!!!  I still have occasional small cravings, sorry to say, but I am an addict.  I let them come and release them with a swift - no flippin way!!!

Quit smoking forums were a God send! :)

Always here :)

Speaking of moons, I can almost fit my ass back in my jeans...learning how to eat properly and loving the summer sunshine (the two aren't always guaranteed together in England!).

Here.

Not smoking is not even close to an issue anymore for me.  I just want others to feel as good as I do about my accomplishment.

I am taking a 14 hour road trip in 10 days.  First long a** road trip since I have been quit...wondering if I will get a trigger or two.  Does not really matter cause they are just fleeting thoughts...but just wondering.

Are you driving or a passenger.  In my experience, I think more about it when I am a passenger, because smoking would break up the time...

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
