At last! I did it. I´m done. I quit.

It´s been around 8 hours and I´m going to bed soon. My first nosmo day will be tomorrow. Full moon Saturday. Jimmy´s birthday.

So far so good. I usually glide gracefully with a smile in my face through the first 48 hours and then feel flat on my face. Maybe this time it is different. One day at a time. There is no other way.

So I´ve been smoke-free for around 8 hours and I´m going to bed with a feeling of accomplishment.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
