I am really hungry, feel like I am starving.  I know this isn't so, it's the Prednisone talking.  Here's what I have left to make for my nutritional goals for today....

 

Calories: 400

 

Carbs: 3 g

 

Fat:  22 

 

Protein: 50

 

Any ideas on something on the healthy side that is satisfying?

Wipe it out with a couple of glasses and wine and go to sleep, that's what I'd do :)

 

Healthier of course would be soup? I always forget how satisfying that is and how much I like it until I eat some.
