It's the little things....

I had lunch the other day with a person who has challenged herself to be just a little better each day.  It was inspiring to hear her talk about it.  Little things like a warm smile or pat on the back when needed.  Just taking the time to go the extra mile more often.

With that in mind I would like to involve all of YOU in a challenge.  The challenge is...............................................wait for it..........................

Go to Ava's profile and boost her stars!  Infact, check the profiles of all your friends to be sure the stars are all lit up!!

Thank you!!!!!!

Just don't ask Colleen to do it. A tree in my yard has sprouted fully grown and fell over dead since she said she would boost my stars, and she still hasn't done it, and I'm being straight up for real about this.  :)

Maybe I should have put this in the vent thread.  :P

I actually read somewhere that every day we should do something nice for someone without anyone finding out about it. If someone finds out about it...it doesn't count.

That being said....I may or may not boost Ava's stars. :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
