Seems like a waste of money imo because smokers will (maybe) read it once and then light it up. The good thing is that it will cost more to implement the changes and hopefully with the increase of costs to cigarettes it causes more people to quit!

It's good they are still trying to educate the poor smoker ,but when your in the thick of this addiction

Nothing will work ...unless you want it too...

My Friend used to cover the horrific pictures on packets with brown tape ,so she didn't have to look at them ,

Even asking the woman on the counter to swop the pack for a different picture that she didn't find horrific.

Sadly she died of pancreatic cancer...caused by smoking .🙁🙁

Useless. How many times do smokers read the warning on the pack itself?  Or look at the horrific pictures you find mostly outside the US, as I understand

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
