@Kris Sorry your having a hard time!! Don't do it!

You will regret it. You have come to far to give in to the monster.

You know it will not help. Hang in there!! You are stronger than you think my friend

If you smoke again you will quickly remember why you quit in the first place.

A cigarette smoked now will only lead to regret and won't help one iota with the crisis you're dealing with.

Stay true to the commitment you made to yourself Kris.

Miss You Hearts GIF by Fox FisherSorry to hear that you are having a hard time right now Kris, but you have fought too hard to throw your quit away now. I feel for you and I’m hoping that you are able to get some sleep and that you feel so much better when you wake.

I'm sorry you are having a really hard time but lighting up a cigarette will only make things far worse.

You have a great quit going and nothing is worth throwing it away.  Keep your quit, you will be glad you did.

I truly hope you are feeling better and got over your wanting to smoke.
smoking after a long time quit, won’t make you feel better at all, it will do the opposite and add to your problem.

sending you positive vibes .

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
