Nancy. Thank you for the good time last night. Rug burn isn't so bad after a shower and the other soreness is feeling better with a few stretching exercises. The hangover is worth it and although you gave up those "boys" I know you enjoyed the ride on an American Classic. You did good on the one year and "that's all I got to say about that"

As for the damage from the celebration I think most thing will heal on their own or with some light rubbing.

All you dirty thinker are right, I am not talking about a motorcycle ride or crash.

Blabbing over here too

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
