I know I don't come on here much anymore....but I hit my 11 month mark yesterday!  Sometimes it still seems strange that I am a non-smoker....and I compare myself to last year at this time and realize how much more freedom I have!  It is wonderful not to have smoking (or not being able to smoke) play a part in the decisions that I make. I am so thankful for all the people who encouraged me and helped me realize that this is totally doable...even when I didn't think I could succeed!!  Thank You!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
