Evelyn, I hope so.  You can do this but you just have to put your mind to it.  Nothing bad will happen if you don't smoke.  It's the weirdest thing.  I thought for a long time I was gonna never feel better, never know what to do if I didn't smoke...... but it does happen.  You actually start to feel ALOT better.  And you find new things to do that are so much healthier.

I want to see you succeed at this.  We can't stop for you.  We can only be here if you call for help.  I hope that you stick with it this time.  Your only torturing yourself with all this indecision.  Please make a committment and stick to it.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
