Pants are over rated. Just make sure your underwear is clean and covers most of the good parts. Perfectly acceptable outer wear.

Great job. Remember curves are good. Too skinny is just weird.

217 is burrito wrestling weight in junior high. Playing around 210 myself but 6'1" and watching what I eat is just not fair. Gym had a one pound blob to represent a pound of fat. It's rather large, like man shoe. Pound of muscle is smaller. So scale is not accurate for progress as you replace one with other. Mirror and tape measure needed too.

Watch doing too much weight for legs. Can cause large muscle butt which hurts when you squeeze someone's hand or head in it.

I have to get my Tracky bottoms from the big kids section....ladies pants are always way too long in the legs...

When I find a pair I like....I hang on to them as long as I can.....

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
