Thanks, even the little one is morphing into me looks wise now too (weirdly looked more like my sisters mixed with her own dad?), the oldest one is a mirror of me as a kid haha.

Yeah put together a decent costume as it can double up on world book day :)  No wand tho, maybe I should get one. Nice to just haveit all done and dusted now to be honest!

Arena was muddy... Decided to ride Bat instead of having a lesson. He needs a more badass bridle.

He did not appreciate the calf wandering into the arena, at all.

Batman didn't help you practice falling, did he , when the calf spooked him ?

BMan's ears on full alert there.  Did he stomp or snort ?

No Messing with BMan you silly COW.

He is HUGE.  What is his story ?  What kind of work was he doing.

I know it isn't 'butch' but his bridle is great....low impact and looks like you have a gentle bit too.  very good.

Are you in a saddle ?

He doesn't buck but he does take off and I prepare myself for it. There are kids in the arena riding too he isn't a fan of that so I ride on guard knowing that he is going to be a big jerk.

He's a percheron. He was sold to a carriage company downtown from an amish farm in PA. He worked as a carriage horse for a few years and then became a lesson horse. Not anymore, he is spoiled more than ridden, and I just do trail and arena with him.

Yes I am in a saddle bareback on him would hurt too much.

Thanks Joe,

He's a regional champ in his class, but even if he weren't I call him "champ" anyway. It's a Grandma thing

Mom is there every weekend, so she is more "adjusted" than Grandma. (I shut my eyes and scream a lot)
