Selfie I took today. I feel so good after wearing my Darth Vader mask (sleep apnea) for the first time last night. I slept for seven hours... two without the mask (whoops). I feel more awake than I have in months. Steve said I didn't make a noise last night and he even checked to make sure I was okay. Usually at this point in the day, I'm falling asleep at my computer and have to go lay down for a nap. I still have circles under my eyes, but Steve says it's less noticeable! Yay for proper sleep.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
