please when you are ready - "in the Introduction and about us" thread start a new topic just giving a little back ground about your quit, what method, how long or yet to quit etc

 

and let us welcome you to the forum and for us to support you the best we can, the more we know what you are doing and feeling the more we can support you

 

please do not be shy - interaction here is the best support :)

Welcome aboard!  The coffee is free on the train.  If some nitwit tells you that you have to pay for it, just give her the money because she probably needs it for books or something.
