Hi Chani!

What no one told me, is that you can't use the smileys from your iPad.

MQ, can anything be done about that?

----> Old school smiley I'm reduced to :)

You can't use smilies from an iPad?  I'll have to check into that.  Have any coffee lately?  ahem.  Thief.

Well better late than never, stranger! :unknw:

I quit smoking almost 18 months ago, cold turkey after many many failed attempts. What worked this time, and what definetely helps me to keep my quit, is the forum support and reading... I've done more reading than writing and your posts have helped me through many hard times  :)

Thanks Marti, Ava and Sue! Nice to "meet" you ;)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
