Happy New Year.... 

Bit of a quiet on down here... gathered at me dad's place for a cut throat game or 2 of euchre and then some trivial pursuit...watch the fireworks on telly and now watching the tradition 12:15am viewing the musical classic, You Can't Stop the Music.... not sure if it's just an Aussie thing to show this movie every new Years.

@notsmokinjoHappy New Year! Not quite there yet....I am going to take the shift at the shelter tonight. Seemed to be the best way to ring in a smoke-free New Year because its really hard not to be grateful there, largely because I am not a permanent resident!

On New Years Eve through New Years day they show a Twilight Zone marathon every year here. Which seems appropriate the last couple of years with this pandemic
