I hope no one minds if I dedicate a song today to my husband with whom I celebrate 44 years of marriage today.

He has supported me through this quit regardless of all the nastiness I threw at him!

Dunno if I'm a fan of the old mother's Day....it was good when my grandma was here....and I thought it would be good when I had a kid but mostly unless I get myself something she usually forgets....but mostly it's a sad day missing my grandma...missing what I didn't/don't have with my mum...

Back in the day, I saw Gov't Mule at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville.  Warren and the boys were in top form that night.  Chuck Leavell and Derek Trucks played with the band and Lee Roy Parnell came out for a couple of songs.  Everybody in attendance got their money's worth and then some.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
