Here's Warren Haynes doing a cover of U2's "One."  Not sure why he's on a rooftop by the highway, but he did a damn good job regardless.

This is a dance that my mother used to do called 'the shag' - it's a Carolina thing. But I just love the energy and 'crazy legs' of the dance. I think the name of the song is called Rock and Roll all night long. Hope you enjoy!

And always some Slightly Stoopid:

It's John Lee's Birthday, sure wish he was still with us.

Ever put on some good Blues music, do things a bit slower than usual, and just not not give a damn for a little while?  If you haven't, you really should try it.  It's good for you.

I first heard this as a young musician in a Vegas lounge. Some nameless female singer was singing this surrounded by smoke, noise, and people who could care less. had to ask who did this and I`ve always loved this tune. MM also co-wrote this.

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
