V.  Cool @notsmokinjo.

I saw him here in 2006.  I was working the show as a volunteer at the Contemporary Arts Center.

It has a very small (200 seat) theater and I got to sit on the side of the stage.

It was incredible.  What a grand gentleman, what a player. The sound was exquisite.

A night to remember.

It's been too long since I posted any Otis Redding here.  There's a simple fix for that...

All of this social distancing stuff made me think of the title of this song.  (Don't Stand So Close To Me)

The song itself obviously has nothing to do with Coronavirus but it is stuck in my mind now so I am going to post it.

Stay safe people, this Coronavirus stuff is serious but hopefully things will get better in time

Sugar Britches says to me: "Now I can't get that 'I'm an apeman' song out of my head."  To which I responded: "You're welcome."

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
