Thank you all so much! The time you all spend here is so important. I appreciate your commitment.  Quitting smoking is the best thing you can do for yourself.  I feel so much better and happier than I have in so long. For those of you just starting out, it really is worth it.  You can do it!  Hang in there.

I have made a several good friends that I will remember forever. They really made a huge difference in my quit. A special thanks goes out to you.

This board is a special place, that really works. I wish I had more time in the day to be here, but life happens.  I do have more energy now for it to happen though, so that is a good thing.

One Year WOW!! :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
