Grrrrreat job!!!  I hope I can live up to  your example.  To quit and take on a new job at the same time shows courage and commitment!

Thanks, @Kris! I think that it helped actually! Sure there was a lot stress in starting a new job and meeting so many new people, but I was also so busy that I didn’t have time to even want a cigarette, except for a few days when I got off work. I was also too tired to have actually stopped somewhere to buy them. HaHa I saw a couple of days ago that a few people had mentioned volunteering for something somewhere. That really sounds like a grand idea, if you can do it! 🤗

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
