Yep I do read the board every day for reminder that it can be done. I actually feel better but sleeping is difficult. I have worked out in the gym 3 to 4 days a week for most of my life and that helps. I'm using the stairs at work instead of the elevator . Okay not always. Stairwells are so darn hot. I do love a couple cold beers but that is a trigger as we'll as coffee in the morning.

I just watch the video by Alan Carr that Beacon posted for Tracey on the SOS board. Excellent explanation of how the cigarette addiction traps you. Explains a lot. Inspiring!

It is very good.  I added it to our documentary section this morning.  :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
