Thank you everyone for the support I have gotten, I will be honest it was a rough road for  me

in the beginning, which most of you know. That is what is great about the train, you all have been

there and understand!! The train and all here have been a blessing for me!!

Linda.

I am so happy for your success!  I am doing well which is so much a credit to you and your uplifting words.  I spend a lot of time thinking about what you share. I think for all of us, we have to stop and take a deep breathe and really be thankful for what we have each day.

Thank you for your thoughts!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
