Steven, I am so happy for you, I am right behind you at six weeks here.  I also have other issues to deal with but have decided to accept the anxiety and depression for what it is.  It has been with me since childhood.  I have decided at my age now I will just let it be. It is part of me and does not deserve my time, I find that since I made that decision that is melting into the background.  The same with the smoking it also is slipping away, never thought any of this would happen.   I am happy to finally feel some relief no matter how long of short it is, embrace it..... you are winning!!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
