OMG, I can't believe it has been 3 years.  The struggle to quit seemed like it was yesterday.   I am out enjoying life and spending that extra money that has accumulated.  My husband has me camping in the wild.  The internet is very limited.   I will be back in a few days cheering on all those new quitters.  You can take control of your life and live it smoke free.  I never thought I could give up smoking but here I am 3 years smoke free!

Thanks so much for all the congrats.

Good job Linda.  I remember your early days here.  You struggled but continued to soldier on.

And look at you now, smoke-free for three years.  Congratulations.

Hey Linda !

Congratulations on your three years of freedom.

I remember your first post and a lot of your struggles.

It wasn't easy but you had beautiful and gutsy determination.

I always admired that.

Love,

S

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
