Well, I am here too so hey to all of you!!!

I need to work on my signature and get settled in, I will try to stop in as often as possible.

For the record, I quit january 1st, 2013.... It has changed my life in so many ways..

What I really like about this place is that so many of us are using real pictures for our avatars... some of you I have known for almost 18 months and this is the first I get to see you!!! Makes it all seem real and a lot more personal!!!

So thanks MQ, you did/are doing a great job!!!  applause!!!

See everyone on the board!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
