Aww guys.....thank you so much......

I am so proud to have reached this mile stone......

In my 52 year smoking career this is way longer ,than any other quit ......

Every single person on this board has helped me achieve this.......

The old phartes ,who insisted ,it would get better.....it has

The young phartes who I've watched grow, and feel proud to be a part of that....

All the newbies, who I try and support, and promise them ,the magic will come......

Hugs to you all

Doreen x

10 months is amazing Doreen, I am so pleased for you...and your foot. Your gentle calming ways really helped me so on a personal note, thank you for always being there for me, but I see also for everyone else too. Occasionally people are just precious and that's how I think of you. May you be free and well. xx

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
