Cool that you reappeared recently, in order to celebrate 10 years with us. It gives the rest of us hope for a long  and successful quit, too. If you can do it, so can the rest of us…. Cheers!

i hope I can say this one day but I want to have a big party with food and dancing!

Call all your friends and family, plan the party! You have gone a decade and bet they don't remember you even smoked.  They do not realize the great gift you have given them, you are still here!

Thanks everyone .

I still can't believe it to be honest lol . One day at a time leads to this ? Amazing ! Grateful !

It took a village and I'm grateful for everyone !  Sites like this one where people had a vision to help themselves and an addict made this all possible .

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
