I have been doing pretty good, but today I hit a little  snag. I can't seem to get past the getting stressed and when I am wanting to smoke. I has gotten easier

but sometimes that is my first thought. So I'm doing a little rant here to get over it. Thanks for being here!!!

Rant away @Linda, get it off your chest! You are doing great and I'm so glad that getting past these bad days is getting easier. That's what happens every time you get through it until pretty soon these bad days are just bad days. Smoking won't even enter your mind🤗

Geez woman, look at all that money you've saved from not smoking!! Over thirteen hundred dollars! Are you thinking of ways to use it or at least some of it? That'll help take your mind off your crave 😊

Well done Linda!.  Coming here to rant is the right thing to do.  Wish more folks would follow your example.  Glad you came here.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
