Brittany, you are doing fantastic!  Just keep saying NOPE (Not One Puff Ever)!  Remember to take deep breaths and drink lots of water!

Shhhh, youwill wake up feeling better but be really nasty to her and blame the quit!!  haha.  You have done AMAZING, massive hugs. Nicotine is done and it can never have you again!!  It's massive news and you need to hold onto that. You could face actual withdrawal, nicotine is a drug and you stared it down.

I am so excited for you to get to the place where the craves are merely thoughts and annoying, and then where we don't thin about it at all!! We could smoke always but we choose not too.

Go Brittany!!

Brittany absolutely so proud of you getting through, the first week is hellish but do you know something you will get through the other side a stronger and healthier person, and never have to go through it again, you are slowly ridding your body of the nicotine, the addiction will try its hardest to fight back but just kick its ass, show it the finger whatever it takes to get you through do it.  I remember the crying well lol, but its a way of releasing tension and so much healthier than lighting up a cigarette and poisoning your body, suffocating your lungs and starving your blood of oxygen. Paints a pretty picture! Keep going you got this and your doing fantastic xx

Glad you pushed through it Brittany!  You are exactly where you are supposed to be right now.  It is supposed hurt a little, else everyone in the world would have quit by now.  Rest assured, it doesn't hurt for long.  Remember, each crave you ignore makes you a stronger non-smoker.  Before you know it, they won't be craves any longer, just thoughts.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
