Glad your Dr is following up with the tests you've had done . Covid did put a lot of things on the back burner here too . Surgeries not critical delayed etc . Congrats on the continued success with your quit . You are doing great . Keep going . Doc going to love that too .

Thank you all for the well wishes!!!

Trying not to worry!! Worry is like sitting in a rocking chair, rocking it gets you no where!!

But that's not easy. But I can do hard things😃🤔

Just a little story Linda

Back when things were not so well off, we lived in a old house my grand father built back after the world war 2.

'No AC, the plumbing was old and the electrical wasn't made to support all the new gadgets,

My wife would get down and in the blues sometimes, because we didn't own our own house and our cars would break down.

so I would pack her up and take a drive down Rosecrans Blvd.  Now Rosecrans Blvd. paralleled the railroad tracks that fed down from L.A.

As you drove down heading towards L.A.  you would start seeing people living in Card board boxes and the further you went the more Families you would see,  dirty children plating  in the dirt and trash.

By the time we got home she was so happy to be where we were.

As my Grand Father would say:

No matter how Bad you have it,  there is always things that are worse.

Look at your Blessing and work for a better tomorrow.

@Opah Welcome back , missed your positivity!!! I know I have many things to be grateful for!! I will do that sometimes when I'm down, make a credited list. No sense feeling sorry for yourself. You are so right there is always someone worse off. Thank you for reminding me! How are you doing? Glad your back on the train!!!

Doing well sore today, Getting old sucks, my last major to do  is the remodel of my Game roo.  Tore down and out the old ceiling and installed a new one, ran some new electrical for a additional ceiling fan going to install some Hard wood flooring.  A lot of work for this old Man, but it will get done.  Otherwise I get new shots in my eyes Thursday and my cataracts removed and my brand new Baby eyes installed.

Doing Great  sorry for the run on and on and on, feeling good today
