Will post a pic in a second.  Just rain outside in bare feet and a tank top to save tomato plants from a little hail storm.  Thank God, tonight was a very small hail storm.  We have had sooooo mush worse.  This was nothing.  :)

For the record....  hail hurts when it hits you.  :)  It's like being pelted with a bunch of hard frozen peas.  :)   .

There was a really bad hail storm here in Perth a few years ago - they were the size of golf balls apparently :O Actually wrote off people's cars! I wasn't here then but saw it on youtube! Scary stuff!

The Sarge doesn't fear much ... but he fears Hail.

Twice in a bit over a decade it has destroyed an entire year's garden/orchard/vinyard ... a $14,000 roof job on house and garage ... and $everal Thou$and $$$ on dents/dings/paint-job on several cars.

The Sarge fears hail.

He feels ya.

So far - I've been luck with my cars and roofs.  Our house now has a metal roof, so not too much worry about roof damage,

but our garden - yea.  Totally give or take.  It is so sad when those late August hail storms hit and completely wipe out your garden.  I have watched hail demolish my garden in like five minutes  and cried - no lie.
