Hmmm...is it 7 years or 9 years?  Regardless, it's a long time!  Congratulations!!!

Thank you!  I cannot believe how fast the time has flown by!  When I quit 9 years ago I wasn't sure how I would ever get through.  This site and the support offered was exactly what I needed to stay on track.   So good to see the new "faces" and old friends as well.  I love my smoke free life and the freedom that comes with it!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
