Sorry for your bad day Linda. The why is because we smoked for so long. Unfortunately this whole first year you may experience bad days as we go through all the seasons, holidays, etc a year brings. That's why we have the One Year Commitment. To keep our support close by as we go through most of the triggers. Of course there's probably always going to be the odd trigger here and there but it's easily swept away the longer we stay quit :28_hugging:

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
