Reading novels from the library on my computer, "e-books."

In these tense moments, why do they smoke cigarettes?

Ach! Not good role models.

I have moments when, as I read this novel, I want a smoke.

CRAZY. I'm so over smoking, but I understand the heroine's reaching for a cigarette.

I suppose that triggers will never end.

I stand steadfast. NOPE

Its funny how that would have been such a non issue if we were still smoking huh?! I find myself noticing smoking in any movie I watch and then looking at the year it was made thinking maybe it was made before everything we know now about smoking.....

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
