Hey! :) Been a very tough year. Mom has been in and out of the hospital and rehab. But guess who still on the Train? Me me Me! And that is pretty amazing considering everything. Hope everyone is well and I hope if you thinking of quitting you take courage in knowing many here have managed to do so and you can too! Read through this entire site and find info and courage and a good amount of humor too :)

Great to hear from you @Dianne! Sorry to hear about your Mom (been there), but I am so pleased that you are still on the Train with us. Quitting can fortify us to better face so many of life’s struggles. Hugs to you, and keep on NOPEing!!

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
