Never let go of hope

One day you will see

that it has finally

come together

what you have always

wished for has come

to be you will look back

and laugh at what has

passed and you will

ask yourself

how  did I get through

all of that

At the end of the day

all you need is hope

and strength

hope that it will get

better and strength to

hold on until it does

Don't confuse your path

with your destination

just because its a stormy

you're not headed for

sunshine

amazing you really are the way you

make people laugh lift others up or

spread some extra love you do this

Don't give up!!!

when things go wrong

as sometimes will

when the road you're trudging

seems uphill when funds are

and debts are high and you

want to smile but you have

to sigh when care is pressing

you down a bit rest if you must

but don't you quit

Embrace life

Smell the roses

Love with passion

Smile often

Today is a gift

Today I celebrate my friend Mark who lost his battle with cancer yesterday.

Fondly remembering our conversations and laughs

Rest in peace my brother

Before your head hits the pillow tonight

remind yourself of the things you did right

let go of the things you could have done better

be patient with yourself and remember that

big things are achieved not all at once but rather

one day at a time

Don't be afraid to start

over again this time you're

not starting from scratch

You're  starting from experience

Change is never easy but so

often necessary for the

development of character

and strength it can be painful

to live through  and it takes

continual  effort  and drive

slowly changes made will

become easier and more

comfortable to live with

When we place our focus towards

love health compassion and peace

fear dissipate and hope rises!!

One reason people resist change

is because they focus on

what they have to give up

Instead of what they have

to gain

Stop filtering your feels

you're allowed to feel nervous

exhausted or of it and passed

the blues I think if everyone was

more honest with how they felt

we'd realise they're feeling it to

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
