Today I celebrate my friend Mark who lost his battle with cancer yesterday.

Fondly remembering our conversations and laughs

Rest in peace my brother

If you are always thinking

about the destination

without taking any action

it only remain  as a thought

to get somewhere you must

start somewhere don't wait for

A path to open up for you create the

opportunity to pave one instead

the first step is taking the

first step

Over thinking is the biggest cause of our

unhappiness keep yourself occupied

keep your mind off things that don't

help you think positively

Music is the only thing

that never hurts you

Be  kind to yourself

Spend some time observing your 

thoughts. Are they harsh negative judgemental or

anxiety provoking if so then take deep breath

clear those thoughts and close the door to any

further negativity now fill your mind with new

thoughts of kindness and love resolve to only

let loving positive thoughts enter your mind

Be firm about

your choices right now 

Don't go backwards to habits

and situations that weren't helping

you evolve you have to keep reminding

yourself why you even decided

to move forward stay positive

about what's to come by being

consistent with your change
