I'm so relieved-- heckweek behind me. No more withdrawals, finally some peace in my ass!

Thanks everyone who kicked my under the butt two weeks ago and believed in me!!! You had more faith in me then I had in myself. But I'm confident that I am disgusted of smoking.
I weaned off the valerian, which I used for anxious feelings earlier in my quit. I'm a half buddha now, no longer anxious. So relieved. But need to take care of my quit: NOPE every day / every time. I'm not outta woods yet. Hardest part behind me. now I should be aware of not getting to confident or careless!

PEEPS - THANKS for standing next to me!

I think someone on here might say Easy Peasy. If you can do 1 week you can do 2!

I've cried, screamed, sweated and craved like crazy. But still not smoked, and every day, every week it gets easier.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
