1.  6 plus years

2.  Saw some relatives today for Easter, most of whom have gotten the Covid vaccination.  Things are starting to get back to normal Covid-related...hopefully.

"Double meat."  "Sandwich."  "Something sexual."

Note to self: sometimes you need to simply back away from the thread.

OK, I'm not so new, not looking for anything sexy, no sandwich meat...just more money for more investments. Money is sexy enough for me.

More than a year and counting...now it's a breeze. Whew!

On the other hand, I don't take it for granted. Just because today I don't feel cravings, doesn't mean I never do.

I just never cave in.

@bakon ... may have forgotton us but his legacy post lives on!

This window licker is feeling grateful today... waking up feeling good about feeling clean fresh air move through my nose, throat and lungs I have stuffed up sinuses but I know I'd feel 100% worse if I was hacking due to having tar in my lungs.

Well, in the best tradition started by our friend @bakon ... its time for all of us special window lickers to pat ourselves on the back for another smoke free week.

I guess  that makes me a proud  window licker.... :):)

So who is a Certified Window Licker this week?

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
